Privacy and limitations

The separate processing app keeps images, extracted text and masks in memory on your device. It has no upload endpoint, accounts, advertising, analytics or stored image history.

English OCR assets load from the app’s own origin when you add an image or start text checks on the example. Clear cancels jobs and removes app references, but cannot securely erase browser or operating-system memory. Downloaded copies remain on your device.

Labeled names and birth dates are tentative suggestions. Labeled credentials and identifiers may be suggested. Unlabeled details, faces, biometrics and whole transaction tables still need manual review. Local processing cannot protect a compromised device or a malicious browser extension.
